This national, curriculum-aligned conference is designed for A-level students of psychology and criminology. Through engaging talks, expert insight, and lived experience, students will explore the connections between psychology, criminal behaviour, and the criminal justice system.

This national event offers A-level students a unique opportunity to hear from leading experts in forensic psychology, criminology, and psychiatry, all in one day. With engaging keynote talks, interactive sessions, and Q&A panels, the conference will bring applied psychology and criminology to life - bridging the gap between theory and real-world practice.
Confirmed speakers include renowned criminologist Professor David Wilson, consultant forensic psychiatrist Professor Gwen Adshead, and leading forensic psychologist Ana Motz, with further contributors to be announced.
All talks are mapped to the major A-level specifications (AQA, OCR, WJEC, and Edexcel), ensuring curriculum alignment and deepened subject understanding. Students will also have the chance to meet speakers and purchase signed copies of their best-selling books.
Whether preparing for exams or considering future study, this is an unmissable day of insight, inspiration, and academic enrichment.

We understand that sometimes the number of places you need can change. We recommend reserving as many tickets as you think you might need and then adjust accordingly as the event approaches. Numbers will need to be finalised no later than 6 weeks prior to the event. This gives us time to offer any places that are no longer needed to other schools and students. You can confirm numbers before this date and we recommend doing so as soon as possible. For every 10 student places, we offer one complimentary teacher place.
Once you have registered, we will issue you with a pro-forma invoice - this gives you time to do the necessary organisation at your end. Once you have confirmed your number of places, we will then issue final invoice. All places must have been paid for and funds received no later than two weeks prior to the event. You will be able to make payment online using a credit/debit card, via cheque or via BACS. Places are only secured once payment has been received so we recommend doing so as soon possible. If places are confirmed and payment received before the end of the September-December term, a 10% discount will be applied to the booking.
If you have any other questions about this event, you can contact us via email using conferences@ecademi.co or call us on 0800 009 6393 (Mon-Fri 09:00 - 17:00).
